As part of our commitment to providing our customers with exceptional care, Watchfinder & Co. is proud to have been appointed an official Vacheron Constantin Certified Pre‑Owned partner. This guarantees each timepiece is carefully inspected and serviced accordingly by a Vacheron Constantin-accredited watchmaker and comes with a minimum 24-month international warranty.
A Vacheron Constantin timepiece purchased as part of the Certified Pre‑Owned partnership will have a digital passport, providing complete transparency about its condition and provenance. A complimentary pouch embossed with the brands Maltese cross logo will also be provided.
This 24-month Vacheron Constantin International Certified Pre‑Owned Warranty is offered with most of our watches. Only watches sold by our certified sellers through our Marketplace are excluded.
Should your watch require any attention within this period, you can contact either Watchfinder, a Vacheron Constantin Boutique or the Vacheron Constantin Concierge, presenting your warranty card.
You can return it for inspection and diagnosis at any of these locations, and if the fault is covered by the warranty, it will be repaired free of charge.

Please scan the QR code on your warranty card and follow the instructions provided to create an account with Vacheron Constantin and claim the digital passport for your timepiece.
If your Vacheron Constantin timepiece was sold through our Marketplace by one of our certified sellers, it will come with a 24-month Watchfinder Warranty. If your watch develops a fault and is still covered by warranty, you can return it to us to be diagnosed by submitting a warranty enquiry. If the fault is covered by the warranty, it will be repaired free of charge. .

If you purchased online or over the phone, we give you 14 days to return a watch you aren't happy with for a full refund. If you purchase in store, we can offer you an exchange or credit note if you return a watch within 14 days.
Please return items in the same condition and with the same accessories as purchased with online and telephone purchases, retaining the red returns tag.
Refunds will be processed after inspection in 5 working days.
